As stated in our ToS point 5.8. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support. And ToS point 5.8.1. We make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent. And ToS point 5.8.2. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses or bank account numbers. If payment has already been sent to the email or bank account number that you entered wrong, you do not have the right to receive the payment. So please be very careful when filling in the data. You must have a verified account in order to receive a payment. Also check your limits. We are not responsible for situations when your payment do not arrive due to these cases.
